GOAL: $100,000
Dear NCEFT friends and family,
Over the decades, thousands of people with disabilities and challenges have benefited from NCEFT’s life-changing programs that use the powerful connection between horses and humans to improve the body, mind, and spirit. NCEFT has a storied history of horses, hope, and healing.
We are proud to announce 2021 marks NCEFT’s 50th Anniversary. On this golden anniversary, we have a special opportunity to secure NCEFT’s financial future and ensure that our Center will continue to offer its industry-leading programs.
This spring, our NCEFTStrong campaign is focused on addressing several significant infrastructure challenges. Will you support us with a tax-deductible donation?
Two costly projects of immediate concern are:
1. Covered Arena Walls (Shoring and rebuilding the final three sides of our covered arena walls): Over time, forces naturally push out the arena footing causing damage to the arena walls. To protect the safety of our clients and staff, we need to complete the repairs started last year. Estimated cost: $25,000
2. Water and Drainage System (Excavation, repair, and re-plumbing drainage and water lines throughout the property): Many sections of the property’s plumbing is 50-75 years old. A portion of these old pipes have collapsed, causing a 10’ x 10’ sink hole. It must be fixed to ensure reliable water sources for our horses, staff, and caretakers who live on the property. Estimated cost: $75,000
While neither of these projects are glamorous, both are mission-critical to our daily operations and our ability to provide life-changing programs to our patients and clients.
As you look back on your and your family’s connection to NCEFT, I hope it is with wonderful memories of beautiful and caring horses and life-changing services. We encourage you to share your memories with us by emailing your messages and photos to info@nceft.org
Thank you again, for being part of NCEFT, for helping keep NCEFTStrong, and for your support as we carry our tradition into the future.
With deep gratitude,
