NCEFT-Facilitated Group Retreats
Retreats at NCEFT provide a unique opportunity for your team to improve group dynamics, get away from daily routines, enhance communication, and lower stress. Our retreats combine the knowledge of human psychology with the understanding of horses — resulting in an experiential learning process. Team-building activities are designed to strengthen social and emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Retreats are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals, equine specialists, and other team professionals and can be customized for the goals of your individual group.

The Loft at NCEFT
Our charming upstairs barn loft provides a warm, inviting space ideal for collaboration or relaxation. It’s a perfect balance of nature and productivity in a tranquil ranch setting. Features include:

- Comfortable, flexible layout for groups up to 35
We also offer additional rental spaces, such as our outdoor covered arena (accommodates approximately 300 guests), and our outdoor patio space which is ideal for smaller gatherings or breakout sessions.
