NCEFT program staff will review your application (usually within 5-7 business days) and respond back to you with any questions or followup and confirm registration in camp. Registration fees will be not be charged until we are certain HTC will proceed as planned. 

Camp Dates: August 1 – 5
Time: 9:30a – 12:30p

HTC is open to NCEFT clients & their siblings age 6 & up. Campers should be able to participate in large group activities. HTC staff can not assist with ADLs such as assisting with toileting, etc. NCEFT will coordinate with families prior to camp to determine specific needs of campers. In some situations, families may be required to provide a 1:1 aide if the child’s needs exceed the abilities/qualifications of camp staff and volunteers. 

COVID-19 NOTICE:  NCEFT is pleased to announce we will hold HTC in 2022, with any required modifications due to current COVID-19 protocols for day camps. These might include (but not limited to) mandatory mask wearing, social distancing, limited camp enrollment, and program modifications to keep staff, volunteers, and campers in consistent, small groups. All participants will need to adhere to all safety guidelines. Final guidelines and protocols will be published just prior to camp dates to assure compliance with the latest state and local guidelines.
