Mental Health/Resilience Program Coordinator
NCEFT is looking for an exceptional mental health clinician who is also skilled at program development and implementation.
Basic responsibilities include developing and providing Mental Health and Resilience Workshops and services for diverse populations (both individuals and groups) incorporating equine experience as well as a variety of modalities. Examples of target populations include first responders, veterans, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety and depression and those impacted by grief and loss. In conjunction with the Program Director and the Executive Director, this position will help develop, market, and facilitate programs as well as evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Part-time or full-time available, and potentially includes occasional Saturday work. Reports to the Program Director and the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution and clinical licensure, (LCSW or LMFT) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years post masters clinical experience.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the impact of trauma upon individuals/groups
- Equine experience highly preferred.
- Excellent clinical skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Program development experience.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Grant writing and non-profit experience a plus.
