COVID-19 Policy Update, as of April 2023
NCEFT’s COVID policies for staff, clients and volunteers are kept updated in accordance with current trends and recommendations. We ask for everyone’s cooperation in following our updated policies to continue to keep our entire community healthy and safe.

As a General Rule:
- Do not come to NCEFT if you or immediate family members have any symptoms or recent exposures to COVID.
- Inform your NCEFT therapist, instructor, or the office immediately regarding all direct exposures to COVID of client and/or family members.
Mask Requirements for Clients, Staff, and Volunteers:
- Masks are no longer required indoors or during sessions EXCEPT for sessions that take place in the indoor clinic.
- Masks are highly encouraged if you are not feeling well.
- Masks will still be available if you would like to continue to wear one. Please do what makes you feel most comfortable.
Check-In:
- COVID questionnaires are required.
Vaccines:
- All staff must have the primary and first booster of the COVID vaccine. Exceptions allowed for religious or medical reasons.
- All volunteers must have the primary and first booster of the COVID vaccines. Exceptions allowed for religious or medical reasons. Different duties will be provided for anyone with a qualifying exception.
COVID Exposures & Testing:
- The CDC has revised their quarantine and isolation guidelines as of August 2022. NCEFT has been Following these recommendations and those of the California Department of Public Health and Safety (CDPH). Each scenario is treated individually with the information that is provided. If you have any concerns, or if you have any troubling symptoms, please wear an N95/KN95 mask, and check in with the COVID coordinator (admin@nceft.org).

VISITORS:
- Visitors will be allowed by appointment only scheduled by a staff person and masks are required for both the staff and visitor.
