Isabella’s Story
Isabella is an inspirational young girl with Down’s Syndrome. She is a “go-getter” who celebrates her life and all those around her. She has the ability to take her challenges in stride and has a great sense of humor. She is outgoing and guaranteed to light up any room she enters!
